Arrival and Dismissal
Each morning, students can be dropped off using three different methods upon arriving at school. In the afternoon, dismissal follows the same three methods in reverse. The video below displays the location of arrival and dismissal.
Arrival Drop Off
There are three possible methods to drop off middle and/or high school students arriving for school:
Students may be dropped off at the main church parking lot between 7:30 am and 8:00 am.
Dropoff vehicles can enter the property from the access road for the Jim Wright Freeway. Park in the church parking lot long enough to drop off your students. Students will walk to the front of Building A to enter the school. Exit the property via the access road.
Students may be dropped off at the main entrance to Building D through the carline between 7:45 am and 8:00 am.
Drop off vehicles will enter the property from the Las Vegas Trail entrance, loop around Building D, drop off students at the entrance to Building D - Students may also use the rear door to the gymnasium should they have class in Building A. The vehicles will loop back around Building D and exit to the right on Las Vegas Trail.
Students who are licensed drivers and have completed the appropriate paperwork may park in the student parking lot starting at 7:00 am each morning.
Vehicles can enter the property through the access road of Jim Wright Freeway. You can pick up the required student driver paperwork at the high school’s main office in Building D. Students will be assigned a parking spot for the school year. Parking spots are $25 for the year. You can setup payment in MySchoolBucks or fill out a Parking Permit in Building D's principal office.
Dismissal Pick up
Each afternoon, dismissal follows the same process as drop off but in reverse.
Student drivers will be dismissed at 3:45 pm and are asked to promptly leave the property.
The student parking lot empties directly onto the access road for Jim Wright Freeway.
Students may be picked up from the back of Building D through the carline starting at 3:45 pm.
Pick up vehicles can enter the property from the Las Vegas Trail entrance, loop around Building D, pick up students on the back of Building D, and exit to the right through the Las Vegas Trail.
Students may be picked up at the Main Church parking lot between 3:45 pm and 4:00 pm.
Pick up vehicles may enter the property from the access road for the Jim Wright Freeway. Park in the church parking lot long enough to pick up your students. Exit the property through the access road. Students who congregate or fail to follow school guidelines while waiting for pick up will be required to be picked up through the carline.
